broadband $22 or under

i need any kind of broadband cause 5.6k blows
needs to be under $22
no first 6months bs, it needs to be the base rate
no signing up for extra crap like phone lines voice mail etc
my zip code is 08857 area code 732 in NJ
i dont care if its 1.5mbs or 566kbs frankly id be happy with anything above 10k
please help!

i know the odds of something like this out there are slim but maybe someone here is good with finding good deals like this if they exist

Your expectations are too great then. The cheapest quality services are SBC/Yahoo and Verizon (that will fit your budget) If you dont qualify for either where you are, thats kinda it.

Might as well ask for an Xbox360 for $99

You're not going to find broadband for under $22 as a permanent price. $29.99 MAYBE in an area with a lot of competition.

Most of the DSL deals that would be around or under $22 require paying for a standard phone line or something else bundled...
 
Verizon DSL is 14.95 a month right now with a 1 yr contract, so is SBC if that's availiable in your area. I believe SBC also has a "Gamer" package for $25 a month which is 3MBPS, also a year contract. Either way, you're going to have to sign a contract. If SBC DSL is availiable in your area, sign up through Bestbuy. You get free shipping on the modem and software and a $100 giftcard after you send in your rebate receipt with your phonebill.

0_0 i just signed up for verizon should i cancel and go to best buy for the 100 giftcard? does it work for verizon and do i get the modems?:D

It's a different service, so you'll have to wait for your Verizon contrat to be up (unless you want to pay the $200 cancellation fee). You do get the modem and software for free.
