Budget Video Card Request

A friend of mine has asked me to help him find a new video card. He just picked up the Conan MMO, and he says his current card is right at the line of what's required to run it. He's not looking to spend a lot of money at all - under $100, if possible. Also, he's running a 300 watt power supply, so keep that in mind.

Any suggestions?

Oh, almost forgot - he does have a PCI Express slot.

One review said that you need 18A on the +12V rail... and it doesn't have it's own PCI-e power connector so I don't know if it'll work with your friend's PS. You might have to check the +12V rail first (there should be a sticker on the side of the PS that tells you the amps on each rail).
 
Just for an update, he picked up the Visiontek Radeon HD 3870 OC ED card that Best Buy has on sale this week for $129. He seemed very pleased with it, said he was running Conan cranked & getting great framerates.

Heck, I even picked one up, but I won't install mine until tomorrow.
