Build me a budget PC (non-gaming) from Neweggs holiday deals

I've built a PC from the recommendations of CAGs before, but that was a different beast. That was a higher-end gaming PC. This time, it's for my girlfriend and mostly for school and light gaming (WoW, D3, etc). She's an aerodynamic engineering student, and her laptop is dying so she wants a desktop now. I've built one before so that's not the issue, my problem is I never know enough to tell what parts are compatible and such, so I know the items I order are able to come together into a working PC. I'm glancing over the list of deals here and most are still available (sadly the cheap case isn't), but I'm hoping CAG can offer the usual very generous assistance they have before. Thank you.
