I remember seeing it at some store for 30 bucks awhile back and now that I'm dying to get this game I can only find it for like 40-50 bucks and I don't really have that kind of cash. If anyone knows where i can nab one for cheap let me know.

ebgames.com. You can use the Cash for Stash Coupon online, so it would be $36. Or $31.5 w/ EB Edge card. (Which you might want to buy anyway if you don't have it, b/c after using it on BO 3 it would only cost you $.50)
