Buy 2, Get 1 Suggestions

I hope this is the right forum for this type of question. Anyway...

Best Buy is having a Buy 2, Get 1 deal this week.
I'm pretty much set on Fable 3 and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.
I'm wondering about the third game, though. I don't think I want to buy The Force Unleashed II due to the fact that I'm probably only ever going to play through it once, unless there's much better replay value this time around. The pickings are slim for this offer, but The Sims 3 is on the list; I personally think that that game looks interesting.
Any suggestions; or should I just forgo the deal and wait for something else?

Before I read your whole post I already had Sims 3 in my head. I haven't really played that series in a long time but I remember it being a lot of fun. Of course you can always wait for other games to come out too. I do that not only because of price drops but also because I like to focus on one game at a time.

What I would personally do is what I most likely will be doing - buy two games I want, then sell one game that will be easily sold via Craigslist or a friend (NBA 2k11 / SWTFU2) and then that can make back about 55-60 dollars. After that you could buy Sims 3...although maybe my logic is messed up.
