I am trying to fill out my address information but for country I can't get it to change from USA to Canada?!?! Where can I change that setting?

there is no canada, plus it's automatic

usa = north america

I emailed CheapyD about this a while ago and this is the reply I got

"Sorry, we currently only support UK and USA. Canada is next...promise!
