hey all, i'm looking for a good digital camera. I currently own the outdated fuji a200, it has 2MP and drains batteries. I'm trying to find a 5MP+ camera that won't have me buying batteries every day and one that won't break the bank. I'm trying not to spend more thank $100. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can always ask me this type of question in my weekly threads but off the top of my heade, Target's been doing a lot of sub $100 digital cameras nearly every week.
 
Target and walmart. I have a 6MP HP cammera I picked up for about $120. Technology is cheap. Just make sure you buy a decent brand.
 
Don't know if you have any Pawn Shops around you, but I have found some excellent deals on Digital Camera at my local Pawn Shop. ($37 for a Kodak 4MP Camera with Rechargeable Battery.)
 
thanks so much for the replies. Is that HP any good? or is it more of a "get what you pay for" kinda thing?
 
I know you're trying to stay around $100, but you can buy the Canon Powershot A460 for $120 plus s/h here. This is supposed to be one of the best 5MP cameras right now.
