Can I get my username changed?

I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find a way to change my username. I changed my gamertag so I was hoping I could get it changed to match. Is this possible?

I got my name changed a couple of years ago. Used the "Contact Us" link at the very bottom of the page. Took some time for the change to occur, but it happened.
