Can I lower the threshold on my Reward Zone points certs?

I have 272 points in my reward zone account, but I had it on the 500 point threshold, can I switch it back to the 250 points and get my cert? I tried it but nothing happened.

id contact them over the phone, they are usually able to work things out

If you go to myrewardzone.com and log in, click on 'My Account' at the top, then click the GO button next to 'My Profile.' Scroll down to the third category and select the threshold you want, then hit Submit.

also make sure you have it set to receive via email to get it faster

RZ certs take a few days to become available even by email... my last one deducted points on the 27th of May, but it wasn't printable until the 1st of June. Might have been delayed by the whole holiday thing though.
