Mods do not have access to your PMs. Not sure how it works on the admin end. I'm guessing Cheapy/John might have this capability but who knows...

On another forum I'm a member of (SMF, not Vbulletin) the mods can't read them, but the admin can. I'm pretty sure it's the same thing here.
