Explanation:WHY is it taking so long to ship my items? I ordered TWO Wii Perfect Shot guns on May 09, and the indicated ship date is May 28. Currently, it is May 28 and my items still have not been shipped. In the product description it says ships in "1-2 days." This is insanity, it has almost been a month and my two Wii Perfect Shot guns has not even been shipped. Even though it is ground shipping, it does not take 1 month to ship 2 plastic toy guns. Please consider speeding up the shipping process, or at least offering faster shipping options. I am beginning to think Dell has forgotten about my order, and am furious about how long it takes to simply ship 2 plastic toy guns. Next time, I might as well choose to buy it from another store, if Dell does not improve their shipping.
