I saw this today at the Signal Hill Rovers Video Plus in Calgary. They had maybe 6 at the time I was there, but judging from this game, I think they'll be there for a bit. I know the game is awful but it's a good price to get your hands on the Xbox Live Vision Camera, considering it sells for $45 by itself.

While it isn't a bad deal for a vision camera, I'd still be hesitant at dropping any money toward a peripheral that seems like it is going to be replaced with Natal in the near future.

I wouldn't call late next year near future.

By near future I mean that there probably won't be any real (good) games that use this camera before natal comes out... so you'll be stuck actually playing You're in the movies.
