Capture card.

Are you talking about a video capture card? Those are sort of a ripoff in that many are just IEEE 1394 or firewire cards. You can use a digital camcorder to record stuff off your 360. Connect the 360's a/v cables to the camcorders a/v input (RTFM on how to do this one on your specific camcorder) hit record on the camcorder and play the content on the 360. After your done, you can take the camcorder to your PC, extract the video and convert to DVD, post on Youtube, etc. You can pickup a firewire card for less than $30 now a days.
