I picked one of from Blockbuster Video today for $9.99 plus tax. It's the greatest hits version, but even that would go for $20 to $30 or more sealed on eBay.

What's it worth to you if I picked one up (assuming they still have it) at my local BB? Last time I was there they had a couple copies.
