Catwoman - check out the carnage at Rotten Tomatoes
there we go, Catwoman can be filter for "flaming pile of dog feces"
No, because at least dogs have the common decency to crap on the ground. Catwoman is being smeared directly into the eyeballs of people who go to see it.

heres my favorite

"Feels as if it’s been pieced together from a dozen or so Ally McBeal parodies posing as hip-hop videos."

soo degrading in so many ways...

Well, coming from a guy sitting in a comic book store at the moment...WHY!? WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU F'UP A SEMI-MAJOR CHARACTER LIKE THAT, THUS KILLING ANY BUILT IN FAN BASE!!! WHY GOD WHY!!!

Ahem.

Well, i personnaly am going to go see it. I feel it is my duty as "The Comic Book Guy" to go and see every peice of shit comic movie that comes out (LXG, FF).

And i see movies for free, so i dont have to feel bad for giving them money.

Halle Berry's career is now on the fast track to the litter box.
Where the hell was her agent when she accepted this crap role? Having coffee with J-Lo and Ben Affleck's agents?

Hey, it's an infinitesimal step closer to her having to bunk with me, so it's good news.

"A feline rehash of the Spider-Man origin story, with a whole lot more rump-shaking."
-- Gregory Weinkauf, NEW TIMES

Who is this guy and just how big of a moron is he?

I for one can say that I saw the movie for free yesterday (my friend had some free tickets to see it before it came out) and I thought the movie was only ok, this is taking into account that I didn't pay to see it. If you are thinking about actually paying to see this movie, I reccomend you don't.

WTF are you talking about? I liked LXG.

I liked the Car, The Boat, Sean Connery and the Invisible Man.

Thats it. The rest bugged the hell out of me. In retrospect though, the Mr. Hyde was done quite well, although upstaged now by the Van Helsing version.

I am going to see this.

Why? Because last week I bought a DVD collection of Batman cartoons, and it came with a FREE movie ticket to see Catwoman.

I will also be hitting up the local bar for a drink first though, to make the experience more pleasant.

Hallie Berry said that she wanted to leave the X-men films but she wants to make movie like Catwoman.

On the positive side, this appears to be one case where the movie-based game is actually better than the movie itself. Where Catwoman the film is now around 12% positive at rotten tomatoes.com, Catwoman the game by EA (based on the film) is currently around 65% at gamerankings.com. Hey, at least the in-game graphics are supposed to be pretty good.

man, I knew this movie was going to blow. I can't wait till comic con this weekend and hear all the pros rip this movie a new one.

the only possible avenue of discussion worth having about Catwoman concerns the backlash against extreme makeovers and injecting cow diseases into our faces. You could have that conversation without seeing the picture, of course, and doing so would save you the sickening running-tap sensation of precious life getting sucked out through your eyes. Catwoman sucks mightily on every level--it has the power to unite audience members in the way any great calamity unites strangers in a common trauma. Tremble before this ambassador of dreadful. It doesn't make you a coward, it just makes you human.

That settles it.

Yaeh, me too. I didn't think it was too bad. I actually thought Van Helsing was a worse movie, because for most of the film it is mindless action, with the plot never really developing and being quite boring.

yea, rottan tomatoes is pretty hard on alot of movies. most of the movies I liked they flame them. I go to rotten tomatoes to see what the movie is doing money wise in the box office and to get a synopsis.

My friend got a free movie ticket when he purchased the Batman: The Animated Series first season DVD set. He's not sure if he'll see it or not.

And suprisingly, my stepdad wants to see this film.

As for me, I wouldn't see this to save a starving child in Africa. Hell, I'd see Battlefield Earth before watching this crap.

Box Office? www.boxofficemojo.com

I wonder if catwoman will do worse than Daredevil... the shitty part is Daredevil was always one of my favorite characters and then fagleck had to come along and ruin the character.

Ha ha ha, that's by far the best
So did anyone actually see the movie yet??
Better question....Will anyone admit to actually paying to see this movie yet ?

Better to rule in Hell than to serve in Heaven.

but it is a sexy women in leather we must all go see it. because to the movie maker we are lonely comic book geeks who will never get any so halle in leather is all we have to live for.
Am I the only one who thinks that the Catwoman costume used in the flick looks completely silly??!
Nope, I think it looks retarded. the original cotume from Batman Returns was awesome though. This stupid belts-glued-to-body-psuedo-BDSM shit is terrible.
Am I the only one who thinks that the Catwoman costume used in the flick looks completely silly??!
Not only the costume, but the whole movie looks silly (to put it lightly).

You couldn't pay me to see this movie. If I was a professional critic I'd resign instead of seeing this.
