They get cost on all purchases, meaning they pay whatever the store paid (or so they say, I'm sure they still make a little profit) or at least that's how it was when I worked there.
Best buy was 5% over cost when my friend worked there to cover shipping costs and things, so CC is probably similar. I remember he got great deals on things like cables and other accesories. Also all of the new top end stuff was much cheaper (large plasma TVs then).
