I only ask this here because I know there are quite a few members involved with law here. Is there anywhere I can search for citatations for cases? I am taking a media law class that focuses more on the concepts, rather than law itself (I don't know how to really explain it).
I am trying to find citations for two cases, Stuart Frankel V. Lyons Publishing (dismissal order: http://w2.eff.org/legal/cases/barney/frankel_stipulation.pdf) and Jerry Falwell V. Christopher Lamparello (I can't really find documentation on this, its the one that involves Falwell and Lamparello (obviously) and the website's url that mimics Falwell's name). Is there some database I can search? Or, if there is no official citation, how do I go about "citing" the cases?
