Cheap Ass TV Tuner??

hey everybody, ive been looking for a cheap ass tv tuner for my pc. the lowest i could find was around $79. i want to covert some old home movies to dvd, ive had the dvd burner for a while now so all i need is this and a capturing tool. so if any of you have happened to see a cheap tv tuner around please share that info. thanks guys and gals.

It sounds like what you want to do is import video, so you'll want a video capture device instead of a TV tuner card. While some tuner cards will do this, it's best to get a device made for it specifically.

I've heard good things about Dazzle capture devices. I've seen people use them to do exactly what you're trying to do.
