Cheap Halo 2 MP?
Anyone know where I can get it the cheapest? It can be new or used, it doesn't matter to me.
The map pack?

It'll be free in roughly two more weeks, I'd just wait it out.

So august 30th is 2 weeks from now? WHOA.

I figured if I could get it at a good price I'd pick it up and play the some Team Preview with my friends, because they keep complaining that I can't play it with 'em.

Borrow it from one of them then.

Yeah, I know a group of like 15 people that went in on the map pack together, so everyone spent $1 on the disc (it was on sale for 15 at CC). Unfortunately, I just moved so I have to wait until I go home to get hooked up with the maps.

Deleted my post, since the Halo 2 babies got their panties in a bunch because I was wrong.

Kudos to CoffeeEdge for being funny, though.

You can almost picture all of them walking in a mob from house to house uploading the maps & finally beating the snot out of each other trying to decide who keeps it, I know the guy who paid the tax gets it...problem solved...

I would borrow it from my friends but they live in Michigan and I live near Cincinnati, OH so they'd have to mail it to me or I'd have to drive 200+ miles to DL the maps to my Xbox lol.

These "friends" wouldn't be people from Xbox Live would they?

To answer the OPs question, at EB if you buy it for 19.99 (reg price) it comes with a free Halo 2 Guide. If you dont want that, the cheapest i've seen is 16.99 at Costco.

So what if they were? It's called a "Friends List" for a reason.

Friends are different from online aquantinces. You seem to be a little defensive, are most of your "friends" from Xbox Live?

Reading that post again it did sound defensive. No, most of my "friends" are not from Xbox Live, but I'm just saying alot of the people on my "Friends List" are more friends than acquantinces.

The friends I'm talking about I know from meeting them in person because I used to live with them in Adrian, Michigan 1 of them is my best friend that I've been friends with like 12 years, and the other two are my friends that I met because my best friend introduced me to them and we all hang out together whenever I get to come visit. And we play over Xbox Live cause it sure beats just talking on the phone :)

I'll probably buy it from EBgames to get the guide with it! Thanks man!
