Cheap Memory Stick for PSP

I tried to search the forums and all the posts are outdated. My brother was looking for a good deal on a memory stick pro duo. Not sure what size, but if it is a $100 or less that would be good. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Sams Club has the 1gig for only $40. I was looking for something a little larger. I know I saw on the forums about a month ago that there was a 4gig for just over $100. I just can't remember where it was at. Again, if anyone knows where to get one, I would really appreciate your help.
