I have an xBox in excellent cosmetic shape, but it doesn't work. I know what the problem with it is, too. I screwed up a softmod by putting certain files where they didn't belong, and now the system won't load anything.
The only way that I know of to fix it as it is now, is to get a modchip for it.
The unit is in good shape otherwise (havent even taken off the front plastic) and comes with a controller. This particular xBox also comes with the Samsung drive, which I understand is the "best" one that an xBox can come with.
$60 for the xBox. I'll include the box and the DVD for NCAA 2005/Top Spin that came with it if you want it.

You probably just deleted the orginal xbox dashboard. I can send it to you so you can fix it yourself.
