Cheap Xbox Memory Unit?

I can't find the Xbox Memory Unit for less than $19.99 + Shipping. I don't mind if it's 3rd party or pre-played, but I avoid auction sites like Ebay and Amazon's auction site. I'd really appreciate the help, my buddies and I like to trade game saves and I just thought it's about time to buy my own Memory Unit. Thanks, CAG KICKS ASS!
 
Well, if you have an oddjob or amazing savings, look there, they have 3rd party stuff all made by intec and they are priced 10- 15.... BTW, the intec GC controllers for 9.99 are AWESOME.
 
You can also try your local TRU. The first party memory units are usually way under $20 but its YMMV.
