The Target in Streamwood (Rt. 59 & Irving Rd) has End War w/headset for the PS3 for $22. I have the game for the Xbox, but the price is good just for the headset alone. As of 7/18, they had about 10 in stock over by the clearance section (end cap by the videogames, facing the wall).
