Boy oh boy ladies and gents, with Thanksgiving behind us that can only mean one thing ahead of us before New Years, yes that's right, Cocksmas! I invite all owners of the previous year's Cocksmas to once again don their gay apparel so to speak, and join in the 2009 celebration!

You can show your holiday cheer with a custom made Cocksmas avatar, and this year, I'll be providing a template so that you can show not only your spirit, but your creativity too! Of course, I'll still be taking requests but I've only got so much time to spread the Cocksmas cheer.

I'll kick off this year with a Cockvatar made for a man partly responsible to providing the look and feel of the CAG design, our very own WhipSmartBanky!

For those of you creative enough to make your own, the format is simple. The total image size must be 20.5kb or under, and be sure to use the maximum avatar size of 101x101 pixels for MAXIMUM COCKSMAS SPIRIT.

Use this blank template as a base, or create your own:

Remember that true cocksmiths only use MSPaint for the design of their Cocksmas avatar!
(note: this template is smaller than the 101x101px limit so feel free to expand the image as you see fit with your creativity and IMAGINATION!)

Once your avatar is designed, pop it into your image editing program of choice to cut out the background to make it a sexy and transparent .png, or .gif if you're animating it.

If you're only half creative and want to use the snowing animation I have, simply post your completed Cocksmas avatar sans-animation and I'll fix it up for you in a jiff!

I'm having the same issue which is why I am currently avatarless. I've tried several images and its not just limited to Cocksmas avatars, so I'm guessing its a database issue. Perhaps no one is able to change avatars at the moment.
 
As I (think I) stated in a PM some time ago, if you could make a Nameless One Cocksmas avatar, that would be super-amazing.

If not... well, I can always go back to Cockwin when they get the avatar situation sorted out.

EDIT: While attempting to make The Nameless Cock myself, I have been struck by an overpowering urge to replay PST. God dammit.

For The Crotch, who even though he has a Cockwintar, had asked for a Nameless Cock. I have made ones with and without hair, since I think the former is a little confusing.

And finally, at the request of HotShotX and StarKnightX, I made variants of Cockman X. There is a "full" conversion and more simple one (I couldn't determine which worked better), and then also options with Santamans hats. Yes, his helmet/hat gets cut off, but it was either that or make it taller, and I wanted to keep them all the same. People are more than welcome to make their own. :p

I think the first one looks great (matching set with Zero ftw), but I think his mouth should be outlined a little bit. At first I couldn't tell if he was gritting his teeth like in the picture or he was smiling with a stain on his face.

An X-Buster would be awesome too. Aside from that, nice work!

I just had to explain this to my girlfriend when I laughed at how Strell made them look like Megaman.Thanks for these cause they always give me a good laugh when I see them.

I messed around with outlining his mouth for at least ten minutes, and finally gave up because the meant-to-be-somewhat-low-rez look of these things makes it difficult to look feasible. I can at least try again and upload the result just for kicks.

Had a same instance when I tried to put lines at the base of his eyes - technically they should be there (a very anime thing to do), but it just didn't look right. I am using Photoshop and a Wacom to make these, so it's possible, but since I'm trying to stray away from things like gradients and shading and so forth with a lot of anti alias, it makes this and outlines look bizarre.

As for the Buster Cannon, how should I do that? Just sort of put it there regardless? That's be an easy add. Another thing I had thought about (see: Zero's Sword) but wasn't sure how to mount it. I'll upload some variants later. Later being tonight - I have stuff to do today. Blarg.

I'd go with something like this, maybe draw a bit of the right arm in there to hold it, instead of including the left shoulder:
