If you are looking for something to use only for voice while the game sound still comes out of your speakers, I've been using the PS2 headset for a while. Cheapest quality USB headset you will find.
If you were looking for something for both voice and sound, I would suggest some of the logitech products. The ones Ive tried are all pretty good.
