Hey guys.

I picked up a copy of Condemned: Criminal Origins today from Circuit City. It's the Platinum Hits version.

Anyway, I noticed on the spine of the game case, where it says "Xbox 360" and SUPPOSED to show the game title, but for whatever reason, it doesn't have the title of the game. :p

It is a new game, it's still sealed and has the MS sticker on it, but the spine art was apparently goofed and doesn't have the games title on the spine.

I was wondering if anyone else who has the game has the same thing?

I noticed the same thing in the front row games in Best Buy the other day as I had to pull one out to see what game it was as there were 10 or so of them on the shelf and it didn't have the game title but just "Platinum Hits" etc. etc. on the spine.
 
Ah.

I posted this same topic on GameFaqs and the Xbox.com forums and haven't for an answer.

While poking around GameFaqs I did come across one other topic from back in April I think and someone said the game they got was like that. Someone replied to that one with the same thing.

So, I guess it was just a manufacturing error and I didn't get some BOOTLEG copy of the game.

Though, if anyone else has the same thing, I wouldn't mind hearing it.
 
Probably a printing error they didn't deem important enough for a recall. fuck Platinum Hits box art up the ass. Microsoft are idiots. Sony got it right by just having a different color case and keeping the red banner on top so it doesn't ruin the box art or make the spine blend in with every other bargain bin game on your shelf.
 
Everytime I see Condemned PH I always look at the spine. I initially thought it was just a printing error but after seeing numerous copies at multiple stores, they all are like that.
