Only if Bush's numbers among women and blacks improve because of it. I think Bush has lost enough favor that he won't be trying his luck with this in the near future.
 
I don't see his (or anyone's) numbers improving because of the plame scandal.

On an unrelated note, I would like to make a concerted effort to go through the remainder of my life without using the word "gate" in leiu of "scandal." Wish me luck.
