Confusion over Best Buy preorder specials

I received an e-mail from Best Buy indicating if I preordered and ultimately purchased COD: Ghosts, I would 500 bonus Reward Zone points. Great offer, so I went ahead and made the reservation.

However, when I go here:

That 500 bonus points does not show up. I also notice the preorder specials are different depending on the console. The e-mail I got said the bonus points are valid for 360, X1, PS3, and PS4.

Where can I get the latest BB preorder specials news then?

Activision doesn't like retailers promoting sales and deals on their Call of duty titles.  So BB has to be a little sneakier about it (via emails).  You'll see it's eligible when you log onto the RZ site directly.
