CONTEST & FREEBIES - YMMV - Walmart Halo Reach VIP Event

I heard all 24 Hour Walmarts will be hosting the same event. But as far as all being the same. I dont know. That is why after looking on this forum. I have decided to create a thread about it on here.

I was in Walmart and I noticed that as you walk into the stores they have advertisements about a Halo Reach VIP event. I have saw this at two different stores. I was talking to a manager and other employees and they said they havent heard much about it. All they know is that it may be similar to the Madden 11 VIP Event they had.

Does anybody have any information they would like to share. Thanks.

A friend told me this.

According to my friend who went to the Madden 11 VIP event. Walmart gave people Chips and Pop. They had some prizes that everybody got Lanyards and Mini-Footballs. He also said that at 4PM they started a tournament where the winner got a free copy of the game. I heard Walmart was doing this where 1st Place/Prize is Legendary Edition and 2nd PLace/Prize is Limited Edition.

Tricky, I am going on what local people are telling me and was wondering what other pepole are being told. I know about the Skullcap not really interested. I head from the Walmart in a different town they are going to have a Firefight Tournament and I heard that another one would be having a Slayer Tournament. I even heard some are having a Forge Contest. I talked to 20 different people about this and each one said something different. I guess it depends on each store. Thanks anyway.

I did read on the internet what Gamestop is going to do. Thats sounds fun. Looks like Monday Night will be busy for me.

I'm guessing this starts at the typical 10pm like everything else? I'm a skull cap collector, and plan to try and snag one in my area
