I realize that this has already been listed, but it's still a good one. Seaman on the Dreamcast. Not only does the title sound bad, but the gameplay pushes the limits for a teen rated game.

I want a 360 but if i don't get it I hope this guy does. My choice would be the animated movie video game, Flushed Away. I picture the M-rated version as the adventures of Cheapy's excriment through Japan's sewer system as it faces half eaten Mega Macs/Mega Muffins, tiny Godzilla/pokemon toys and other japanese sterotypes.
