Could someone pick up XBOX Riddick from EB Games for me?

Could someone pick up a $9.99 copy of Riddick for XBOX from EB Games for me? The sale runs from 11/26 to 11/28 If anyone wants to do a guy a favor, email me at [email protected] I can send the money via paypal.
 
I heard bestbuy.com had it listed for $15 if that helps. My EB was sold out by 8:30 this morning! :shock:
 
Ive heard from several people that were on the look out for me on this as well that they only put out 1 to 5 copies for this sale.

Um...no. :wink: There is a link from the EB topic on the home page with their ad scanned. Print it out and have another store PM. I got mine at CC for $8.99.
 
My EB had 2 in the whole store :shock: One display copy and the one I bought . . . none sealed . . . I understand (still hate it) the display copy being open but why the others????

I have an extra one . . . it is "new" but not wrap sealed . . . I should probably check it before I send it . . . right now it has the ebgames sticker seal. I'm going to return it unless someone wants it.

I'd send it out for $14 as a favor . . . ($10 plus .50 tax plus $2.30 for first class with confirmation plus paypal fee).

Sounds like EB pulled a classic "bait and switch" on us. They advertised the game pretty prominently in their ad yet each store had no more than a handful. Even the website stopped selling them if I'm not mistaken.

I'm glad I got my copy earlier that week at Best Buy for $9.99 (used the $5 off Riddick coupon in the old GamePro mag).
 
My local EB stores had plenty when I picked one up yesterday morning. It didn't appear to be what was drawing the business of the day. Or anything else for that matter. While I was at TRU, Wal-Mart, and Target later in the morning I must have mentioned the '2 for $25' sale to about fifty people who said they'd never heard of EB before with two of them within a three mile radius of where they were standing.
 
Out of all the items on sale this weekend, Riddick was the only item in which we didn't get overstock on. So we're sitting on 8 copies of Zelda: Four Swords and about a million GBA Videos but just 4 Riddicks.
 
I got gamestop to price match it. They were in the same mall and i asked if they would price match they said yeah. They gave me a complete used copy which kinda made me mad since i dont like the stickers but i know from working at best buy that most stores will only price match if the item is in stock so i didnt mind.
