He basically said 'you guys are ed when your slogan is "We Suck Less Than The Other Guys"'

Wasn't that pretty much Obama's 2008 campaign "Hey, I'm not Bush."?

I think there was more to it then that. Kerry's 2004 campaign was 'Hey I'm not Bush', we know how that turned out.

Nah, it was more like "hey, let's shake it up and change things" and so far he has been only slightly better than Bush and has changed almost nothing.

I imagine that the turnout for 2012 will be insanely low. Both sides of the spectrum seem to be upset that the people in power aren't more extreme. I imagine the tea party sector will either burn out or break from the GOP after the elections this year.
