Crap my 24 season 1 disk 1 is defective.

The damn thing won't run in any dvd player I have. I got this set back in Oct from amazon. And now it does't qualify for an amazon return since I ordered it so long ago. And the Fox site seems to want 7 bucks to replace a dvd.

They have an email address to contact them about defective dvds so I hope I'll be able to get a replacement for free. But if not, what B&M place has the best Exchange for the same item policy ?

that sucks, my 24 season 1 also has a defective disk.

there's a mark on the last disk ( came like that) and it freezes and skips a few seconds during the last episode.

i would get a replacement disk, but i don't feel like sending out the entire Box set like it says on the site.
