Custom User Titles Changes?

Did these things get shrunk on us? I tried to change mine away from my Cocksmas-themed title back to one of my old ones, but it didn't fit anymore. What's goin' on?

I also noticed this. The limit to what I can enter now is 20 characters, but my current title is 21 characters. I think it used to be 25?

5 letters less per post and 20+ posts per page means at least 100 characters per page fewer to load up guys, increasing CAG's speed.

Lowering the limit of the number of characters even more is clearly a feature.
