Anyone else get this, they shipped this from a envelope that was non padded, I'm not happy about this at all. Disc arrived loosed with case being broken with all these plastic noise rattling inside. Being in the states makes this worse as they are from the UK :hot::hot::hot:

I'm gonna go ahead and file a complaint as it is unopened.

I had an order from Zavvi arrive damaged. While they were fairly quick to refund the price of the game once they received it, it was a pain to get reimbursed the postage cost of having to send the damaged game back. It took about two months for them to finally reimburse me the postage cost.
 
They ship overseas, so anywhere they can cut costs down they will do it. Unfortunately this means the majority of the time stuff will arrived crushed/ripped, which is pretty common with Zavvi unfortunately.
 
Might just be easier for you to swap out the case unless if the disc itself is damaged especially since they are based in the UK and it will take a while to get any resolution.

Looks like there is damage on the insert too though.
 
I've had every single CE I ordered from them arrive with some damage, mostly minor, since they're in cardboard packages and are then shipped in thin bubble mailers. I'm surprised to see that happened here with a solid cased game.

You're likely going to have to eat the cost of return shipping if you decide to return it or exchange it. As someone already said, getting shipping reimbursed from them is difficult.

yeah the side ART LABEL is damaged and has a torn on it
 
Your an old enough member that you should of known the deal with Zavvi and the way they package their items. Sounds like you were just crossing fingers. I know that you knew before hand they were bad with packaging. I'm kind of surprised you even ordered from them after all the talk about the MGSHD limited edition from them.
