Daxter and Socom $29.95 (PSP) at target

Went into Target yesterday and noticed an unadvertised special on Daxter and Socom for the PSP. Both were $29.95 each. YMMV?

Daxter is $20 new and $15 used at Gamerush/Blockbuster.
