My local BB has the Helghast edition of KZ3 marked down to $69, manager told me it was specific to his store so YMMV.

EDIT: More info, just got back from the store and picked up a couple. It turns out this price was set by the physical store manager because he happened to have extras in stock, and has nothing to do with Best Buy as a corporation. So this is extremely YMMV.

EDIT 2: Looks like this deal was specific to the store in Denton, TX, which has now sold out. It's dead folks!

Anyone know if you can play 2 players on one console? I've pre-ordered the SOCOM 4 bundle with everything you need to play - move, navigator, cam, sharp shooter & game for $149. Would LOVE one of these LE at this price for my 2nd console...

I would buy that without hesitation even though I'm not that interested in Killzone 3, just because that deal is so ridiculous, haha
 
I played the game and it's meh. Do want that edition at that cost for all the extras though. If anyone sees these near Austin, TX let me know.
 
that shipping fee is not correspondent with Ebay policies. Ebay doesn't allow you to list an excessive shipping price.

wow, insane deal! I was at BB 4 times this week in aww over the helghast edition, but a divorce would be pending if I bought it I'm sure..I am going to try and wait for a sub-$100 price point. Need to still get Halo Reach Legendary edition too! but I'm thinking $20 on that or bust..

It's pretty funny that the industry has inflated the price of special editions with a little toy or statute so much, that it now looks like a steal of a deal to only pay a 10 dollar premium(which actually translates into more like a 30 dollar premium for most cags because of amazons deal on the regular version)

the people charging that much shipping aren't trying to screw you over, they are trying to screw eBay over because they don't charge you on the shipping cost, but they do take a % off the final sale cost. Anyone who does not check the shipping before committing to buy deserves to get "screwed"

they are just cheapass ebayers.

It's horrible the eyes aren't see through they're pumpkin orange and solid.. beyond generic.. I wouldn't buy it even at $69

that's what i expected... Japanese LE are (usually) good and American LE are (mostly) horrible.....why =(
and Japanese ones are usually really "Limited" edition but American ones are just Edition with extra toys, no limited value.

Plus, it's a little misleading to list BINs at low prices hoping others won't notice the shipping...not only misleading, guarantees you'll get a negative even after the auction is reported/canceled if you suckered me.
 
To my great surprise, this deal is about 2 miles from where I live. So I went over to the store to grab a couple. One for me, and one for a friend who is completely obsessed with Killzone. When I left the store there were 3 left I believe. Thanks for the post!
 
I'm reading this after I just left the Pearland, TX Best Buy. I saw the Helghast edition and they had a bunch but I didn't notice this $69.99 price that the OP found. I'm too lazy to go back and check. I'll call though...

Shoulda jumped on it when it was 59.99 DotD a few days ago and sold the flaming helmet code. I bought it for 55 after a game credit in December when AZ had it on sale, sold my helmet code for $50 on ebay, ultimately netting me a Reach LE for $5 ;)
