Dead or Alive Limited Edition - Sega Saturn Question

I recently purchased this game while in Japan and was wondering whether or not there should be back art in the cd case. Once the disc is removed you can see clear through the back of the case, I was wondering if this is how it was originally sold or if someone removed it.

if anyone has the game and can let me know it would be very appreciated.

i did do an ebay search and came across that exact auction.
