Return Policy
We recognize that you may need to return a purchase on occasion, and are committed to making that process as convenient as possible. In the event you need to return a product purchased on our site, please review the following information along with our Terms of Service. If you still have a question, please contact us.
We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your product. All returned merchandise must be factory-sealed in new condition (unless item is defective or damaged). For example, CD's, DVD's and movies must still be wrapped, in original factory sealed shrink wrap. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product returned is defective or a result of our error. In this instance, contact us for a postage-paid return label.
Follow these steps to return merchandise by mail:
1. Ship your return using the label included with your invoice.
2. Package your return securely, using the same package it came in, if possible.
3. We recommend using UPS or INSURED PARCEL POST when mailing your return to us.
4. Ship your return to: Media Play, 4250 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33065.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All refunds and/or credits will be provided within 1 business day of our receipt of your return. Please contact us if you are not sure your purchase is returnable. We will e-mail you a refund confirmation once we process your return. Your credit card used for payment is automatically refunded.
