Dead Rising 2 (PS3) $22.78 @Amazon.com

I loved this game ! The wheel chair with the bmg's was my favorite to use.as for the phychopaths, slappy had to be my favorite one and the hardest one to kill was that guy with the chain saw. How is a guy so fat have that much speed lol

This. The whole time mechanic is the one thing that really drove me up the wall in these games.
 
Once I knew what to expect after the initial run, I actually had a lot of spare time in my second run. The key is savin' multiple survivors even while battlin' some psychos. At times I would have nothin' listed for me to do with a lot of time to kill before the next story mission.

The only thing I hated about this game were the horrible load times and many load screens. I really hope they fix this when the remake comes out.
 
jacked up the price? my price went down to $22.20 for ps3 version. just got 4 of them cuz i still have tiv locked in at 30...lol

it was at best buy but its down to 25 now.

CE was at ~ $30 sometime in December. Except for the steelbook, it's not really worth the extra $ though.
 
I was interested in the game before it was launched, then kept hearing that there were some problems with it (timer and some really hard bosses that could kill you one-shot?).

blea missed out. I actually have a copy i got at gs for 50 bucks that i was gonna take back but i havent seen it drop below about 48 online so not sure if i should keep waiting or what

ya... honestly thats what killed the first game for me. I hate that they did the timer bs in the 2nd game. Why cant someone make a good open zombie bashing game with a regular save system, GOOD CONTROLS (i hear controls are terrible for this game.. 1 attack button), and most importantly no stupid arbitrary timer and constant sense of 'omg im gonna miss something'

I beat the ps3 version the colors were a little less Brighter but it dan fine and it still looked good. I didnt experience frame rate drops either
