Alternatively, fight him on either Sunday or Monday nights. Dude loses every time.

I think the best way is to use the mega buster, but if you don't spend the time getting it then I suggest the sledgehammer and machine gun combo. Remember to bring a lot of OJ. All of the items except the mega buster can be found right near the exit from the safe room. Sledgehammer from above the elevator room, and machine gun above the awning where the elevator room comes out.

Be careful not to kill Brad with the sledgehammer, one hit and he is out I believe.
