Despite the tag stating that the temporary price cut would last until the end of the month, the price is back up to $14.99 again.

That pricetag says Energizer. You might be able to get them to give you the good brand for that price. To be honest, though, all Alkaline brands are pretty much the same, give or take a worthless amount.
