why does it matter if you buy it off GFWL? you need to install it anyway to play the game and its only 20 bucks there. Its not like you can trade the game once you use the cdkey
 
Actually yes you can trade the game once you use the CD-Key, I have a used copy that I've installed right here.
 
it's way OOP physically - I looked for a year before giving up and GFWL'ing it up

(damn thing tried to murder my SSD drive during installation haha)
