deBlob - $15 @ Best Buy
Not a great deal considering it's less than 12 bucks at Toys R Us this week. You should have gotten a PM.
He still can.
how would you do price match when there is no price, it jus says 40% off will it work?
It will work. Basically what Best Buy will have to do is called TRU and confirm what price it is at their store. One they confirm the new price, they will pm it for you. Basically BB pricematch policy requires them to call to check anyways, its just that many associates are nice or lazy, so they normally don't do it. If you just say 40% off, theyre going to have to call to see what the final price is since different stores, different base price for the game.

I so agree! Quick, someone buy the YMMVGamer.com domain name.

LOL. Yeah, the whole "YMMV" thing doesn't exactly work out for those of us who have to go to work all day. Heck, even if I didn't work all day, I still wouldn't have the time or patience to deal with YMMV deals, especially in B&M's. Ever since Amazon, I pretty much avoid retail outlets unless they're holding some guaranteed mega-sale.

I just got it at TRU. I'm liking it, but I start to feel sick after playing for about an hour. The only other game that did this to me was Katamari Damacy. Something about games where you roll around a city picking up or painting random things.

It also doesn't work out for...well...99.9% of us that don't live in the op's city, or in this case, 100% of us that don't even know where the op even lives or which BB location he is referring to because he did not provide any information.

Sometimes I think about how much CAG would benefit from having a Regional Deals foru...oh wait.

Only if you look at the BB stuff. Almost all of the BB deals you see on here should be posted in the BB YMMV thread but instead we get tons of these threads. And yes YMMV BB is almost a total waste of time for most of us.

This will definitely be something where you will have to get Best Buy to call Toy's R Us because the ad shows the price at $17.99. I had planned to go and get De Blob as soon as I first saw the deal posted and everyone was expecting the 40% off of the $19.99 price. When I checked the ad online Sunday morning I was a little disappointed and decided not to make the trip out to get it. I had some free time and decided to go deal hunting on Monday, so while I was in the area I stopped in and Toy's R Us had it for $11.99, so I went ahead and picked it up. I've only played a few minutes, but so far I really like it, great game for the price.

Before you go back to your Best Buy to try and get a price match, you may want to call your Toy's R Us to confirm that they have the price at the $11.99 and not the $17.99 advertised.

Hm...I may go to Toys R Us tomorrow then.

In the Toy's R Us ad this week it say like $19.99-29.99, or something like that, for all the discounted games like De Blob...and they never even put most of them on sale on their web site :whistle2:/
