Oh any % off works for me lol I'll hold off then and wait for the next one - hopefully none of them go out of print soon
Like Buckaroo Banzai in the Eighth Dimension which I forgot to buy last time! It now seems like it's out of print and I will have to spend an extra $3-$5 for it.

I don't know why no one checks amazon's marketplace - I shop there all the time and get dvds REALLLLLY cheap
I got the Honeymooners movie (I know, wasn't that great, but I got some laughs out of it because of John Leguizamo) for only 5 cents used, in pristine condition, ended up paying (after shipping) 3.04
I also got Buckaroo Banzai for less than 5 dollars (BRAND NEW!!!) shipped
I kinda wish more people would go there... then again if we all did I wouldn't be quick enough to get the deals

I have never used Amazon Marketplace, how does it work? I add the thing to the cart and it just checks out like normal? Does Amazon take care of everything, like giving my info, or do I and the seller have to do that?
Basically you don't put it in the cart on the main page, you navigate to the link that says "x number are available new and used from these sellers" and select one from there - it works like a normal amazon transaction, although you can't do things like super shipper savings. Luckily they keep S&H to a minimum, which is nice.
yeah both amazon and half.com can be good for picking up random dvds. I tend to use half.com quite a bit more myself as amazon does no shipping discount when you buy multiple things from the same seller (half.com does a buck off the shipping, which means they still charge you more than it would actually cost in additional weight to ship, but it is something). Half.com is owned by ebay now so it is tied in with all the ebay feedback and the like.
half is great, but I rarely ever use it - I've only bought from eBay a handful of times, and all have been dirty experiences... I feel violated... *shudders*

Thanks a lot that's great! I watched the movie with a friend when it was 90 degrees at 6:30 in the morning. It's such a great movie and I heard there are a lot of extras on the disc.
I have also never used eBay, but with the price of things and me wanting older things I'm thinknig about it.
Yeah I usually buy used from Amazon for my MST3K's but with shipping and all that it comes to be the same as if I order from DDD (cheaper if I wait for the sale)

Yeah the disc has TONS of extras - when I got it, I was sure I'd gotten the wrong edition and someone shipped the special edition instead of the standard one, lol!
I actually bought it on a whim - I never knew my dad growing up (still don't) but my mom always said he liked weird things and one day she kept going on about how similar we were despite me never having met him. Turns out alot of the stuff he liked I happened to like by coincidence. Buckaroo Banzai is one of those things that I gave a shot and ended up liking it. Hell, I loved Back to the Future and Buckaroo Banzai is like BTTF on crack
