Well, are they? Is their Anime licensed? Has
anyone ever gotten a game that was resealed?
A game that was clearly a 'complete copy', but
resealed and sold as new? Are their DVD's legit?
Any bootlegs? I haven't shopped their, but I was
just wondering.

Yes, 100% legit. They are probably one of the most legit sites out there. As legit as Amazon.com is. They also have huge sales, 2 times per year. One should be coming up in a few weeks. 20% off most items that have been released (can even be used on backorders, just not pre-orders.)

Just one thing to know with them, if you go with free shipping, it could take very long, like 15+ days. Also, I have had backordered items take 6+ months to arrive.

They always come through in the end though.

I've seen some scattered reports of long shipping times and occasional mailing issues (boxes get damaged by post office). But they are a very legit seller. Their prices are good, but I remember them being better before. The twice annual sale is nice though with 20% off.
 
Their shipping can definitely be dreadfully slow, but it's free, so it's hard to complain. Most free shipping is slow, unless you're fortunate enough to live close to the shipping center.
 
great site...i remember i ordered the Big-O anime sets from them last year and they got lost in the mail...the quickly sent a new order out priority and i got it 2 days later
