Defiance Dig. Deluxe Upgrade 50% off at GGG (PC)

[Syntax Error]

Noticed the Digital Deluxe Upgrade pack for Defiance is 50% off ($20) at GetGamesGo.  The base game is cheaper from GreenManGaming when you use their coupon voucher but this is the best deal I've seen for the upgrade pack by itself if you already own the base game.

I don't play Defiance myself but how often does someone get to post a GetGamesGo deal?

I play Defiance and actually enjoy it. The catch with this package, and why I'm not buying it, is that the items in it don't have much value (to me). A shield that will likely be quickly and easily replaced? A costume that I don't like the look of? A couple of boosts that give you +xp and +money? That MIGHT be worth it..... if there was some sort of end game to be shooting for. But there's not and so there's no reason whatsoever to want an xp boost. 

Don't get me wrong, I actually really like the game. The value just doesn't seem to be there for the Deluxe edition
