Well, since its an open slot in the conga (congas usually have a set 2 that are in the conga) then I dont see a problem. I signed up under another cag..
 
sorry, if I let you in, then I would have to let anyone in who asks to come in. So to get in you must sign up under one of the two people on the conga at the moment. I'm sorry.
 
i doubt this will happen but...its worth a shot to ask:

am i allowed to join this conga if im trying to get my wii on reallyitsfree.com? i need 7 refs. for it instead of 5.....
 
Hes gonna say no, I'm not sure why he told the other guy he couldn't join, but he allowed someone? else join the conga without signing up for him, lol .. you gotta have an unbiased OP do a conga, otherwise they could take advantage of it.
 
actually, i signed up under lapperscrapper but for some reason he isn't getting credit for it (i don't even show up in his list). Therefore, i thought it was only right to add him to the conga.

i didn't let the other guy sign up because he didn't sign up under either of us.

and becuzimbrown, if you sign up for one of us with the links above, we'd allow you to join the conga and you'd be in a good position to get referrals. just look what happened in JustBlaze's official 360elite4free thread.

if i let everyone in who asks, whats the point of the conga? no one will sign up. and the ones who do will be screwed because they will be at the bottom of a long list of people, because everyone's signing up without referralling under someone on the conga.

This is my first time doing a conga, and I want to do it right. so sorry for being a bit strict. This can be a great thing if people follow the rules.

I hope that we can get this moving, and I will not be biased because I will follow the preset rules.
