There is a nice logic laptop case bag on sale for like $29.99. It was originally at $49.99. Nice snag for a laptop bag from Dell.com http://search.dell.com/results.aspx?s=gen&c=us&l=en&cs=&k=vnm-217&cat=all

Dell.com is doing a promotion comparison of Apple's MacBook price and Dell Studio price. There is a comparison chart on this link: http://www.dell.com/content/topics/segtopic.aspx/apple_compete?c=us&cs=2236&link_number=107442449

I believe there is a $50 off discount coupon @ Dell.com/DellU for students. The coupon code is J3QH72D7?JV4BJ. This code can be used on any Dell systems. $499 or more. Multi-use too, but select other coupons!

Well, here is a small deal for Dell laptops if anyone is interested! You can get more info about Dell discounts and promotions @ facebook.com/delluniversityFL. Like the page to receive little updates here and there! That is where I get my source for little Dell deals.

Thanks for making this thread. I've been looking to upgrade my 9 year old Dell Dimension desktop with a Dell or Toshiba laptop so I'm looking for any good deals.

is this a decent deal on a low end desktop? its $300(200 off) and its really small, supposedly low energy. i have my own monitor already, my current comp is a 5 year old dell desktop, i considered getting another dell on blackfriday, they were selling the zino for $199 with 60 dollar giftcard

300 flat for a computer seems ok

Pentium® Dual Core™ T4400 (2.2GHz/800MHz FSB/1MB cache)
2 GB ram
160 GB hard drive

+very small, energy efficient, on sale
-its already obsolete as soon as it comes out of the box

i am not that savvy about computers, i am not really looking to build a gaming rig, just enough to run email, internet, ms work, ms office etc.

edit i may just hold out until BF for a better deal

actually this may rival any BF deal

$419 comes with monitor(would just sell that later).

Processor
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E7500 w/ VT (2.93GHz, 3M, L2Cache, 1066FSB)

20 inch monitor

2 GB ram

320 GB hard drive.

+more bang for the buck(much faster processor) heavily reduced, comes with monitor
-larger, takes much more space than a zino or studio hybrid, not as energy efficient as the hybrid.

they are pretty close in price, blah decisions decisions.
