Destiny PS4 Bundle?

Wasn't the PS4 Destiny Bundle suppose to come with a $10 PSN voucher and trial to Music Unlimited? I was able to get only the PS+ trial and now when I go to the product page on Gamestop or Amazon it now makes no mention of those two items.

This is the list of what was supposed to be included:

Yeah, it was supposed to. And then they changed that recently... not cool.

From what I heard, it was also supposed to include the white vertical stand in the US and that didn't happen either. I'm picking the bundle up tonight, but I can't say I'm all too happy about this.
